Andy and Lauren in it together, how, why? 

We had originally met backpacking in 2002 during a college study abroad semester and decided to keep in touch. After a few years of active pen pals we had decided to meet up in Lauren's home town of New York City.

Needless to say, the sparks flew and we moved to Sparks NV for Lauren to finish her MFA while I took my first job post grad school at Fischer Scientific. We lived in Sparks for a few years before answering the call of Computer Chip Canyon, I kid, Silicon Valley. We've been living and playing in the east bay for a few years now and on our last trip at Christmas to visit my brother and sister in Miami, I proposed. I chose the old Woodblock Print Museum in southern Miami as the place to propose since Lauren's favorite art to hang up around the house is old type set. Lucky for me she gave me the "stamp" of approval in front of the old printing presses.

We can't wait to start the next chapter of our life together and for all of you to be there for the start!*
